A graduate of the London School of Economics (LSE) with an MSc in Economy, Risk & Society, Christina Dafni combines her strong academic foundation with a dynamic career in risk advisory, technology and software development.

Christina’s professional journey began at the European Investment Bank (EIB), where she worked as a Mandate Management Graduate, gaining valuable experience in managing operations and fund services for large-scale financial initiatives. Building on this foundation, she transitioned to PwC Cyprus, specializing in risk, compliance, and regulation. Christina quickly rose through the ranks to before moving to Grant Thornton Greece, where she led governance, risk, and compliance initiatives for high-profile clients.

Currently, as Director of the Consulting & Software Department at Cosmos Business Systems S.A., Christina focuses on developing and delivering custom software products for both private and public sector clients. With a strong focus on technology, she leads teams in crafting innovative, client-focused software products that drive digital transformation. She also holds the Professional Scrum Master I certification, enhancing her ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, ensuring efficient project delivery and continuous improvement.

In addition to her role at Cosmos Business Systems, Christina recently joined the Board of Directors at NovelCosmos S.A., a joint venture between Cosmos Business Systems S.A. and Novelcore. Novelcosmos S.A. is focused on delivering advanced AI-driven products, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to address emerging market needs.
