Costis Paikos engages in the full spectrum of the digital business ecosystem since 2002.

Today, as the Director of Digital at OPAP, he is responsible for designing & delivering innovative digital services & experiences across channels and customer segments, as well as introducing strategies and activities that enable the internal digital transformation and efficiency of the organization. Among his responsibilities is to drive AI adoption across company functions. Also, since 2023, he has been appointed as a Non-Executive Board Member at Fourlis Group of Companies. For years, he has been heading Eurobank’s award winning Digital Services for Individuals, Small Business, in the areas of banking, payments and value adding services, which were at the heart of the Bank’s Digital Transformation & Innovation program. He frequently writes and talks about digital business transformation, recent technology developments and e-Business best practices. Also, he actively follows the evolution of the Greek Tech Startup ecosystem, providing mentorship and supporting companies in their development journey. From 2009 to 2018, he has been a Board Member & Secretary General of the Hellenic Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB Hellas), responsible for the financial and the educational activities of the organization.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the U.K and Postgraduate
