Dr. Konstantina Palla is a Senior Research Scientist at Spotify Research in London, leading AI-driven content moderation initiatives. Previously, she was a Senior Researcher at Microsoft Research Cambridge, focusing on Machine Learning for Healthcare. She holds PhD from the University of Cambridge and completed her postdoc at the University of Oxford. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.

Her research centres on human-centric AI and applying AI for real-world impact, particularly in ways that enhance individual well-being and address societal challenges. She has published in top-tier AI conferences, and her research has contributed to both academic advancements and practical applications.
