Nancy Zachariadou is working at Piraeus Bank for 27 years and since 2020 she works at Corporate Responsibility Unit as a Director, contributing to the development and implementation of CSR strategies, action plans and initiatives that generate measurable social impact. Prior to this position, she worked for 10 years in the Customer Experience and Loyalty Unit, acquiring significant experience in customer experience as well as in qualitative and quantitative research field.  Her career journey started from the crucial field of customer facing positions in retail banking, where she worked for 13 years, reaching the highest level of Branches’ management level. 

She graduated from Arsakeia – Tositseia Schools in 1990 and completed her studies in French Literature at the National Kapodestrian University of Athens. In 2000 she acquired an MBA degree from ALBA Graduate Business School, the American College of Greece, Athens.

She participates in numerous conferences and fora as a public speaker, advocating Piraeus Bank’s important initiatives and actions for society under the multidimensional corporate responsibility strategy that is being implemented, to contribute to the formation of a society of equal people.
