Natasa is the Change Management Lead  at PwC Greece.

She has 15+ years of postgraduate, international commercial experience working on large, dynamic and complex change programs. She was working in London for more than a decade and moved back to Greece in May 2021 to set-up the Change Management practice. 

Throughout her career she has led numerous large scale business transformation projects covering areas such as digitalization and integrations as well as offshoring activities to India. She has also been at the forefront of developing the change management adoption approach for cutting-edge AI tools like MS365 Copilot.

Natasa's professional background spans across multiple industries, including Energy, Oil & Gas, and Financial Services, where she has collaborated with FTSE100 clients. Notable organizations she has worked with include Shell, Lotus, Gazprom, Lukoil, Lloyds Banking Group, SSE, Thames Water, Transport for London, HELLENiQ ENERGY, and Upfield.

In addition, Natasa is deeply passionate about training and developing individuals. She has delivered training programs for professional service companies, covering the EMEA region in the Netherlands, as well as globally in Chicago, USA.
