Pavlos Konstas

Pavlos is a John F. Kennedy Fellow at Harvard University and an Associate Partner in IBM’s Enterprise Strategy and AI Value Practice as well as a member of the UK & Ireland leadership team. He has deep expertise on the role of AI in solving social and economic challenges and is passionate about organizational transformation to yield benefits from GenAI. He has partnered with industry c-level executives to formulate, mobilise and execute modern enterprise strategies, with an emphasis on large scale digital transformations. Pavlos has 12+ years of experience in advising FTSE100 and Fortune 500 clients across financial services, insurance, aviation, utilities, life science & pharma as well as the public and defence sectors. Prior to joining IBM, Pavlos’s consulting experience was focused on innovation and strategy. He led the global innovation, design & product practice at Bip, was a member of the innovation advisory team at Deloitte UK and a member of the strategy team at Helleniq Energy. He is pursuing an MPA at Harvard Kennedy School and holds an MSc and BSc (Hons) from Bayes Business School, City University of London as well as several executive leadership, agile coaching and product management certifications. He has served as an executive and non-executive board member to European and International NGOs in the field of youth.
